Your breath is a gift. I seek to make breathwork practices accessible for everyone.

Pricing Philosophy

All sessions are priced on a sliding scale

I borrow this sliding scale approach and the language below from Josephine Edmondson.

Josephine is a Seattle-based healer, breathwork facilitator and yoga teacher.

I’m deeply inspired by her work and I’m grateful for her permission to use the sliding scale philosophy.

I highly recommend exploring her offerings.

Pricing Structure

  • Highest Cost

The highest cost represents the true value of the offering. If securing necessities in life isn't a constant concern and you have economic privilege, this price is designed for you.

  • Middle Cost

The middle cost, recognizes that paying the full amount might hinder you from attending. If you're working on managing debt or building savings, with access to steady income and not consumed by meeting basic needs like food, shelter, or medical care, this tier is meant for you.

  • Bottom Cost

The bottom cost acknowledges economic circumstances that might exclude individuals from sessions. If you're struggling to access necessities like healthcare, housing, or childcare, living paycheck to paycheck, or facing significant debt, this tier is likely the right fit.

  • Standard of Care

Please know all participants receive the same standard of care and support regardless of cost tier.
