The genius of breathing
We think of breathing as automatic and unconscious but most often, we don’t think about it at all.
Even simple awareness of how we breathe has an incredible impact on our wellness and a deep practice can change the way you experience your life.
Breathwork uses the natural genius of your breath to create a unique space for you to listen to your body. Intentional breathing is an incredible tool we carry with us at all times.

Approach
My approach blends the physiological science of breathing with the sacred. I provide an evidence-based understanding of how breathing influences our mental, spiritual and physical well-being. My goal is for clients to feel seen, held, and thoroughly prepared for their breathing experience.
Experience
I am a certified breathwork facilitator. My teachers include Tai Hubbert, Ally Maz and George Ramsey. I proudly hold four certifications from these skilled and experienced practitioners.
